Kyle Pugh
Upon graduating from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1994, Kyle hung a shingle and immediately began representing clients who were victims of corporate greed and negligence. Kyle’s desire and ability to excise justice led him to become a trial attorney. Kyle is a tenacious litigator and effective advocate. His desire to win in the courtroom is second to none.
Kyle has successfully litigated in district courts throughout the State of Texas and in many appellate courts, including the Supreme Court of Texas.
In addition to his law degree, Kyle holds a Master of Science in Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Kyle’s unique background affords him a diverse range of experiences to draw upon in representing clients. Kyle has the ability to understand the science and technology in complex cases. He also draws upon his training in psychology to effectively communicate with jurors and judges when presenting his clients’ cases.
Kyle Pugh is licensed to practice law in the States of Texas and Colorado, the United States District Courts, Northern District of Texas and Eastern District of Texas.
